Client

Marquette Management, Inc.

Architect

Valerio Dewalt Train Associates

Date of Completion

2014

The renovation of this multi-storied apartment building’s common spaces featured the remodeling of the fitness center and outdoor terrace. The expansion of the fitness center doubled the already existing area. Due to this expansion the adjacent apartment kitchen was relocated. A new tile back splash, counter top and cabinets were installed. The large outdoor terrace was equipped with gas grills, new seating, floor pavers, along with extensive planting and the installation of a water wall feature. This construction was completed with minimal disturbance to the building’s residents.
