Client

Date of Completion

Eastman Egg’s second retail location was built in an occupied transit station, which was attached to a commercial office building. Challenging logistics drove the schedule with deliveries, debris removal, noise, and a continuous liquid-applied floor. Scope of work included the demolition of existing interiors, new MEP with a self-contained exhaust scrubber, black iron, hoods and extensive cooking equipment and connections, and high-end but streamlined finishes. A new overhead garage-style door was the only entry/exit point, which opened onto a pedestrian passageway with a high volume of traffic.
