Helios Construction Services provided preconstruction and general contracting services for the buildout of this 1,800-square-foot space in Chicago's Wrigleyville neighborhood. A number of different establishments had occupied the space, but without a longtime occupant, it received minimal cosmetic updates, and the property was allowed to deteriorate.

Our team provided several innovative solutions to maintain the project schedule. In one instance, design plans called for pressed tin in the ceiling. However, our experience from previous projects revealed a better solution -- using fiberglass-reinforced 2'-by-4' panels. These are quicker to install, less expensive and easier to maintain.
