Helios partnered with a confidential production facility owner to manage their new facility’s preconstruction and subsequent construction.
The Helios team completed the planning for this brewery production facility just a couple of months before construction began, and we converted an existing cold storage facility for beer production. We replaced the existing slab with a sloped, reinforced slab with new trench drains throughout. We also coordinated the extensive process piping systems with the German brewhouse and packaging manufacturers using laser scanning and BIM technologies, allowing for seamless installation.
