Helios partnered with a confidential client to manage the preconstruction and subsequent construction for their new production facility.

Helios did the planning for the production facility in just a couple of months before construction began. Construction consisted of the conversion of an existing cold storage facility for brewery production. We replaced the existing slab with a sloped, reinforced slab with new trench drains throughout. Helios coordinated the extensive process piping systems with the German brewhouse and packaging manufacturers using laser scanning and BIM technologies, allowing for seamless installation.
