Founded in 2010, Revolution Brewing is the largest independently-owned brewery in Illinois and has become an innovator and leader in the brewing industry.
Helios provided preconstruction and general contracting services for the construction of a new 60,000 SF production brewery and tasting room featuring a 45 BBL brewhouse. This project required substantial coordination with existing conditions to accommodate new structural foundations and slab within the footprint of an existing building and extensive below and above slab MEP work to accommodate the brewing process. Revolution Brewing later contracted Helios to manage the expansion of this facility, featuring the addition of a 120 BBL brewhouse, as well as 8,000 BBLs of fermentation capacity.
