Guidepost Montessori is a growing global network of Montessori schools across the United States, Asia, and Europe, including several in Chicago. The mission of Guidepost Montessori is to support each child as they grow in their independence.
Guidepost Montessori’s 3rd Chicago facility was a design/build effort housed in a historic masonry loft building in the dynamic West Loop neighborhood. Formerly a retail and restaurant site, work involved hands-on coordination with multiple building stakeholders and tenant spaces from space planning through full permitting, construction, and licensing. This facility offers another great addition to a rapidly growing mixed-use neighborhood. Helios has completed five locations to date for Guidepost Montessori and is currently building another.
