Helios provided general contracting services to build and renovate Arbor Investment Management’s 9,300 SF, full-floor office suite. We sequenced construction to allow for the client to occupy the space throughout renovations. Helios provided extensive input during preconstruction to maximize the reuse of existing finishes and components to achieve the best aesthetic impact of upgraded finishes while minimizing costs.
