This one-story retail buildout for Warby Parker is located within a new core and shell building at 1123 N State St in Chicago’s Gold Coast. The storefront façade includes custom-lit signage, and the entrance features detailed tile flooring with brass inset lettering. The interior buildout incorporated many high-end finishes, including custom high gloss lacquer ceiling panels, custom millwork pieces for retail components and glasses displays, intricate marble countertops, integrated LED lighting elements, terrazzo tile flooring, and buildout of an eye exam room.
