This two-story brick-and-mortar building was renovated to include retail space, a photo studio, and a repair and adjustment area for Warby Parker. This included new flooring, both interior and exterior wall finishes, extensive electrical work, and new custom woodwork furnished by Demeter Millwork. Helios oversaw coordinated the construction with local contractors.
