Helios has performed work for BenjYehuda under a design/build agreement with a long-time project team. They contracted us first to build out their Ogilvie Train Station Chicago location and later to build out their fifth fast-casual restaurant in an occupied retail center adjacent to the dynamic Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL.
