Helios oversaw the interior renovation of a single storefront space in a busy suburban commercial mall into Kids Science Labs, a Chicago-based children’s learning center. We focused heavily on value engineering, allowing for the most efficient solutions to questions regarding floor and wall finishes, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work all while keeping the project under budget.
