Helios Construction Services teamed with Marrow Fine to build their Chicago flagship store. Our comprehensive scope included demolition of the existing interior space, carpentry installation, architectural woodwork, high-end finishes, and HVAC and electrical work. The result is a sophisticated space that blends modern design with the Gold Coast neighborhood’s rich Art Deco history.
