Helios Construction Services collaborated with Pvolve to bring their distinctive fitness experience to The Gulch, an upscale and walkable neighborhood renowned for its chic hotels, high-end fashion boutiques, trendsetting restaurants, and vibrant mixed-use environment. The scope of work included the integration of non-bearing interior partitions, structurally framed studio ceiling, accessible restrooms, bespoke millwork, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical components. Detailed elements such as mood lighting, extensive millwork, and carefully curated finishes resulted in the transformation of the space into a modern fitness haven.
