At Warren Barr South Loop, every aspect of the transitional rehabilitation experience has been completely redesigned and reimagined. Located in the heart of Chicago’s vibrant South Loop neighborhood and just minutes away from many of Chicago’s most prominent hospitals and physicians, Warren Barr South Loop has been continually recognized for both its luxurious sophistication and the unsurpassed quality of its post-hospital care.
Helios was contracted to oversee the interior renovation of an upscale rehabilitation facility located in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. The project included a buildout of the adjacent two-story rehab center, which increases the facility’s space by nearly 6,000 square feet. An alteration of the original space’s floor plan allowed for reorganization and the addition of bedrooms to accommodate 197 patients. Luxury wall, floor, and ceiling finishes were installed to convey the feeling of being in a hotel rather than a rehabilitation facility.
