Known for his resourceful and detail-oriented approach, Andreas excels in overseeing complex capital improvement, tenant improvement, and multifamily renovation projects. With a strong foundation in design review, permitting, and workplace safety, Andreas integrates best practices to ensure projects meet both operational goals and creative visions.
Prior to Helios, Andreas successfully managed multi-million-dollar initiatives for CCC Holdings, including large-scale capital improvement projects for Chicago Public Schools and the State of Illinois Capital Development Board. His leadership spanned all project phases, from preconstruction planning and subcontractor coordination to schedule and budget management.
