Marty joined Helios in 2016 to help establish our service division.
He is responsible for managing many construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that our clients’ needs are met for projects large and small, as well as providing maintenance services to ensure they look as good down the road as the day they are completed.
With over twenty-five years of experience in the construction, operations, and maintenance industries, Marty has overseen various projects from $5 fan belt replacements to multi-million dollar masonry renovations.
Prior to joining Helios, Marty served as the Chief Engineer in the Operations Department of Chicago Public Schools.
