As a Preconstruction Manager at Helios Construction Services, Morgan collaborates with our Project Management teams during the beginning stages of a project to create accurate proposals.
Prior to joining the Helios team, she was an Assistant Preconstruction Manager and was responsible for composing construction estimates, schedules and proposals for warehouses, office tenant improvements, historic renovations and many others.
