Helios Construction Services provided general contracting services for Presidential Towers’ Southeast corner redevelopment. The project involved demolition to the existing structure to create a new two story atrium with glass curtain wall framing the height of the building and a metal panel exterior. The redevelopment added 12,740 sf of mixed-use space and an additional 950sf rooftop patio. Decorative stairs positioned along the glass front gives the space a modern finish while the elevator was added for comfortable mobility between the first floor and rooftop. Modifications were made to the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to accommodate flexibility for various tenants. Minimal disruption around the project allowed retail tenants to remain operational throughout construction.
