Helios transformed a vacated tenant space into a modern eyeglass retail store for Warby Parker in the Oakbrook Center shopping mall in Oak Brook, IL. Intricate thin-set brick was installed on the store’s façade with reconfigured window head details while a completely redesigned interior renovation took place. Specialty features of the store included custom millwork pieces for retail components and glasses displays, integrated LED lighting elements, refinishing of the existing wood floor, installation of custom lit signage, buildout of a staff break room, and stubbing for a future eye exam room.
