Warren Barr South Loop

Legacy Healthcare

2401 Incorporated

Date of Completion

Helios Construction Services was contracted to oversee the interior renovation of an upscale rehabilitation facility located in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood. The project included a buildout of the adjacent two-story office building which increased the facility's space by nearly 6,000 square feet. An alteration of the original space's floor plan allowed for the reorganization and addition of bedrooms to accommodate 197 in-house patients. Luxury wall, floor and ceiling finishes were installed which conveys the feeling of being in a hotel rather than a rehabilitation facility.
