ORA Dental Studio combines state-of-the-art technology, the highest quality restorative materials available today, and advanced procedures through minimally invasive techniques to provide people with a naturally beautiful and healthy smile.
Helios provided preconstruction and construction services for this high-end dental studio in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. As part of the client’s overall sustainable corporate philosophy, the ORA Dental Studio project meets LEED® Gold certification. Prior to lease execution, Helios worked with ORA and the architect to provide accurate pricing based on several unique building conditions. Helios performed “deconstruction” of the existing finishes in the space, salvaging those that fit within the design and donating the remaining items to a local not-for-profit building material exchange. We also provided preconstruction services for additional future locations.
