Helios managed the renovation of this multi-storied apartment building’s common spaces, featuring a fitness center and outdoor terrace remodeling.
Helios expanded the fitness center, which doubled the existing area. Due to this expansion, we relocated the adjacent apartment kitchen and installed a new tile backsplash, countertop, and cabinets. We equipped the large outdoor terrace with gas grills, new seating, floor pavers, extensive planting, and a water wall feature installation. Our team completed this construction with minimal disturbance to the building’s residents.
