Helios assisted dynamic newcomer Credo to the Chicago retail marketplace by design/building their new Bucktown location. Work included early budgeting, code design, permit processing, landlord work, and construction over a fast-tracked three-month schedule, which allowed a mid-summer grand opening of Credo’s 5th nationwide location in a prime local neighborhood.
