Helios partnered with Epiq Solutions & ZOHA Architecture to construct a 20,000-square-foot office and manufacturing space for a Radio Frequency (RF) products manufacturing company. The construction scope included installing advanced IT infrastructure and a state-of-the-art manufacturing lab to support the development and production of Epiq Solutions’ products. The project also features extensive custom millwork and applications of decorative metal, imported finishes, and specialty floor coverings. Construction was completed on a fast-tracked schedule to allow Epiq to occupy the space prior to the expiration of their previous lease.
