Slalom, LLC is a consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation. Located in 35 cities worldwide, they experienced local growth in Chicagoland, spurring them to expand their regional headquarters.
Helios assisted Slalom, LLC with pre-construction and construction services for an extension and a remodel of their regional headquarters. The new space provides additional conference spaces, a large multipurpose training area, open workstations, a new cafe and meeting space, an updated reception area, and enhanced AV capabilities throughout. Helios worked directly with the client-architect, Gensler, to create cost-effective solutions, reutilizing existing ceilings, lighting, walls, and doors, while using new materials in distinct focal areas.
Helios was later contracted to oversee the renovation of the 51st floor when Slalom expanded in 2014 and again in 2015 when they expanded into an empty tenant space next door.
