In 2008, Half Acre opened as one of Chicago’s first production breweries before the craft brewery scene took off, and they quickly became one of the city’s most successful breweries.
Helios completed interior renovations for the addition of a full-service kitchen buildout at Half Acre’s first taproom on Lincoln Avenue. We scheduled and phased the project to allow the taproom and brewery to remain open during the construction. Work included extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination and new flooring, walls, and ceilings.
