Helios Construction Services collaborated with architect Stantec and the client, King Living, to deliver their second U.S. showroom in Chicago’s bustling Clybourn Corridor. After building the core and shell for the landlord of this multi-use development, Helios was given the opportunity to build a contemporary retail space for this renowned Australian furniture brand.
The showroom boasts an open floor plan that blends functionality with sophistication. Key features include intricate millwork, striking graphic elements, and sleek finishes that align with King Living’s design-forward ethos.
From precise millwork installation to seamless coordination of trades, Helios delivered a showroom that reflects the elegance and craftsmanship King Living is known for worldwide.
