Located in Chicago’s Gold Coast, the distinguished Marianne Strokirk Salon ranks among the nation’s top hair salons.
Helios partnered with Goran Strokirk to construct a new salon designed by Gensler. The new salon consolidates two former long-time salon locations. Work involved new MEP systems throughout, new high-end finishes, and extensive millwork. This was a negotiated contract involving budgeting throughout the design development phase and into a final GMP agreement through completion.
